- "Customer," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual or entity placing an order with Archonikink.
- "Company," "We," or "Our" refers to Archonikink.
- "Product" refers to all services and deliverables provided by Archonikink in accordance with a customer's order.
- "Order" refers to any request made via phone, email, or website for the purchase of services or products provided by Archonikink.
Our Services
By placing an order and/or making payment, you are purchasing our services or products for your personal or business use only. All products and services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy and are provided without warranties, expressed or implied.
It is your responsibility to carefully review these Terms and Conditions before placing any order or making payment.
Refund Policy
Archonikink offers refunds only under specific conditions and circumstances.
Refund Policy Will Be Void If
- You selected a special or custom package.
- You requested revisions beyond the initially agreed concepts.
- There has been no response or communication from the client for more than 2 weeks without prior notice.
- The project was placed on hold at the customer's request.
- Company policies or terms have been violated.
- The creative brief or project information provided by the client is incomplete or insufficient.
- The business is shutting down or changing its name.
- The refund request is based on reasons unrelated to the quality of service, including change of mind or disagreement with a business partner.
- Multiple rounds of revisions have already been accepted by the client.
Change of Mind
If you decide not to continue your project after placing the order, you may request a refund within the first hour of placing the order. After the first hour, a 40% processing fee may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Incompetent Delivery
Customers are entitled to request revisions if the delivered work does not meet the agreed project requirements. We are committed to customer satisfaction and provide revisions to improve the final delivery. If necessary, work may be reassigned or revised to meet expectations.
- Unused service value may be reserved as credit for future use.
- Partial refunds may be considered through mutual agreement if final delivery significantly fails to meet documented requirements.
Late Delivery
We strive to deliver all services on time. However, if a delay occurs due to our fault and remains unresolved after at least three documented attempts to contact us, a refund may be processed upon verification.
Refund Time Frame
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of project delivery.
- Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding refund deadlines at the time of purchase.
Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued
- Delays caused by the client's lack of communication or delayed responses.
- Minor technical issues such as grammatical errors, typos, formatting issues, word count discrepancies, or missing references. In such cases, partial refunds or future discounts may be offered at the company's discretion.
- Dissatisfaction based solely on personal writing preference or subjective opinion regarding writing style.
